Hi! I'm Kim! I have been obsessed with all things creative ever since I can remember. I grew up in Southern California where I developed a strong work ethic and the ability to be resourceful in all sorts of unusual situations! I remained in the Southern California area and have worked in a variety of creative fields - Commercial design, space planning, construction and project management in the aerospace industry. I transitioned into Residential Real Estate business for the past 20 years. My forte has been preparing homes for sale so they present in the best possible manner. Worked with investor clients to identify, prepare conceptual plans and assist in the remodel homes for re-sale. Marketing is a top expertise in order to sell properties at top price. 

My diverse experiences have required me to learn to tap into problem solving and navigating the varying aesthetic preferences of a wide variety of clients, as well as efficiently manage budgets. I am down-to-earth, love humor, and am committed to creating beautiful spaces that my clients love, while having fun along the way!
